Product description
Hot air rework station for soldering and desoldering surface-mounted components (SMD). The station has a power rating of 300 W and an adjustable temperature range from 100 to 500 °C. It is suitable for repairing, assembling and reworking printed circuit boards with surface-mounted components.
The station features a digital display showing both the set and actual temperatures. Temperature and airflow are adjusted using push buttons. The hot air gun has an integrated brushless fan that provides a consistent airflow. The flexible connection cable and interchangeable nozzles allow the hot air flow to be adapted to the task.
The temperature is electronically regulated using closed-loop temperature control and microcontroller-based zero-crossing control. This provides stable temperature regulation and reduces electrical interference. The set operating temperature is shown on a digital LED display. The handle has an integrated sensor that automatically switches between operating mode and standby when the gun is lifted from or placed in its holder. The station also features automatic cooling and delayed shutdown, protecting the heating element and extending its service life.
