Crimping tool for wire end ferrules with a square crimp profile. Designed for insulated and uninsulated wire end ferrules with conductor cross-sections from 0.25 to 10 mm². The Goobay HSC8 6-4A is a self-adjusting crimping tool for attaching wire end ferrules to stranded conductors. It is suitable for electrical installations, control cabinets, control systems and industrial wiring.
The crimping tool produces a uniform square crimp that compresses the conductor strands, creating a compact and durable connection with low contact resistance. The self-adjusting crimping mechanism automatically adapts to the ferrule size and distributes the crimping force evenly across six crimping points.
The ergonomic handle features a non-slip TPR coating and a compact grip width, making the tool suitable for one-handed operation. The crimping mechanism has three locking positions and an emergency release function that allows the tool to be opened if it becomes jammed. The crimping force can be adjusted in six steps using an adjustment wheel.
