Button and LED display module 8-bit with serial interface. User interface module that combines an 8-digit 7-segment display, individual indicator LEDs, and push buttons in a single unit. It is controlled via the TM1638 chip and communicates with a microcontroller over a 3-wire serial interface. Typical applications: prototypes, control panels, education, embedded systems, test equipment, and training.
The display can show numbers and certain characters, while the buttons provide direct user interaction. Brightness can be adjusted via software, and all LED segments can be controlled individually. Thanks to simple connection it is well suited for use with platforms such as Arduino, STM32, and other microcontrollers. Serial communication uses the signals STB, CLK, and DIO.
