Li-Ion 18650 battery with built-in charger and protection circuitry. The battery has a micro-USB charging socket and is charged directly from a USB power supply (not included) with the included micro-USB cable. LED on the top of the battery indicates when charging is in progress and when charging is complete. Supplied in storage box together with USB charging cable.
The battery can handle a constant load of 7 A and an intermittent peak load of 12 A.
Due to the built-in protection circuit (BMS), the height of the battery is about 5 mm higher than equivalent unprotected 18650 battery cells.
