Product description
APS6404L-3SQR-SN is a low-power PSRAM (Pseudo Static RAM) from AP Memory, designed for embedded systems where high memory density is combined with simple SPI-based communication. The component is particularly suitable for IoT devices, microcontroller-based systems, and applications where a limited number of I/O pins and low power consumption are prioritized.
The memory uses an SPI/QPI interface, enabling easy integration into existing designs without the need for a complex memory controller. Its internally managed refresh function allows the memory to behave like static RAM from the system perspective, while offering significantly higher density than traditional SRAM.
The combination of low standby current and a wide temperature range makes it suitable for industrial environments.
