The AD633 is a complete four-quadrant multiplier in a compact 8-lead package. No external calibration or components are required, making it cost-effective and easy to integrate.
Monolithic construction and a laser-trimmed internal reference ensure high accuracy and stability. High input impedance (10 MΩ) minimizes signal source loading. The internal scaling voltage is generated by a Zener diode, making the device largely independent of supply voltage. Operates from ±8 V to ±18 V.
