Product description
6-axis IMU motion sensor with the LSM6DS3TR-C sensor. A breakout board with a 6-axis IMU, equivalent to 6DoF (Degrees of Freedom), featuring a 3-axis accelerometer and a 3-axis gyroscope in the same package. The module makes it easy to add motion and orientation sensing to projects with microcontrollers, robotics, or wearable electronics. The sensor can measure both linear acceleration and angular rate, enabling functions such as tilt detection, motion tracking, gesture recognition, and vibration analysis.
The board is based on ST’s LSM6DS3TR-C and comes with an onboard regulator and level shifting, allowing it to be used with both 3 V and 5 V logic. Thanks to Qwiic connectors, the module can be connected quickly via I2C without soldering. Header pins are included (not pre-soldered) if you prefer another connection method. The I2C address can be changed, making it possible to use multiple sensors on the same I2C bus. The sensor also offers advanced features such as FIFO buffer and event detection.
