Product description
7.5 inch E-paper display for Raspberry Pi, Arduino, ESP32 and more. Connects as a HAT to the Raspberry Pi 40-pin GPIO header. Other MCUs are connected via SPI (JST to Dupont cable included). Resolution 800 × 480 px with red, black and white colors. High-performance e-ink display, supplied with driver/HAT.
Uses passive E-paper technology, meaning no backlight is required and the displayed content is retained even when power is disconnected. Very low power consumption during operation. The display features a wide viewing angle and provides a paper-like visual appearance that is easy to read in both natural light and indoor lighting. Suitable for applications such as information signage, instrument panels and price tags.
Communication is handled via an SPI interface using the standard Raspberry Pi 40-pin GPIO header. It can also be connected to other microcontrollers (e.g. Arduino, Jetson Nano, STM32 and ESP32) via SPI using the included JST cable. Supplied with screws, spacers and a JST cable with 9 × dupont (female) connectors.
