Product description
ISM330DHCX is a breakout board featuring a 6-axis (6DoF) IMU. It combines a 3-axis accelerometer and a 3-axis gyroscope for precise measurement of motion, vibration, and orientation. The sensor is suitable for applications such as robotics, drones, stabilization, motion logging, and advanced embedded systems. The accelerometer can be configured up to ±16 g and the gyroscope up to ±4000 °/s, making it suitable even for fast movements. The sensor includes calibration and compensation circuitry for stable performance over a wide temperature range and also features activity detection, a step counter, and a programmable state machine for simple gesture recognition.
The board includes a regulator and level shifting for use with both 3 V and 5 V systems and supports I2C and SPI. With Qwiic connectors, the module can be connected quickly without soldering. It can also be used with a breadboard via the included pin header (not pre-soldered).
