Mean Well DRC-40 is a 40 W power supply with a built-in lead-acid battery charger and UPS function. The charger is designed for lead-based batteries (AGM, GEL, SLA and VRLA). For DIN rail installation. During normal mains operation, the power supply supplies the load while simultaneously charging the battery. In the event of a mains power failure, the battery automatically takes over the power supply to the load.
DRC-40 is intended for applications such as surveillance systems, emergency lighting, alarm systems, DC UPS systems and access control systems. Cooled by natural air convection. With alarm outputs for mains power failure and low battery voltage, can be connected to a microcontroller or other monitoring system.
