Product description
High-resolution analog-to-digital converter for applications where small signal variations need to be measured with high accuracy. The module uses an 18-bit sigma-delta ADC with differential inputs, programmable gain, and a built-in precision reference. This makes it suitable for sensors such as strain gauges, pressure sensors, and thermocouples. Communication is via I2C. The board has two Qwiic connectors for quick connection without soldering. A pin header (not pre-soldered) is included for use with a breadboard.
The selectable resolution from 12 to 18 bits makes it possible to balance measurement resolution and sampling rate. Libraries are available and simplify integration with microcontrollers and development boards.
