10x20cm sheet of ITO-coated PET. ITO (Indium tin oxide) is a conductive metal alloy that is used in most forms of touchscreens. The surface has a resistance of 50ohms / sq-in (~64.5cm²) or 1.29ohms / cm². The ITO film can be scaped off to create traces. The plastic is not solderable, so to create connections to it, you can use alligator clips, conductive tape or glue.
