Relay board x4 5V opto-isolated active low

Relay module with 4x SPDT relays for controlling high voltage / high current devices. Each relay has an input that can be controlled from switches or a microcontroller. The inputs are optically isolated and are active low, which means that they activate the relays when the input is shorted to ground. A jumper selects between separate or common power supply for relays and logic. The module is powered with 5VDC and draws approx. 280mA with all relays active.
