ATX Power supply breakout

Breakout board for using an ATX computer power supply as a bench power supply. Just connect the ATX connector from an ATX power supply and you get -12, 3.3, 5 and 12V from the screw terminals. Each rail has a resettable PTC polyfuse and a power good LED. A 9W resistor is included and can be mounted in case it's required to start the power supply.
