Active oscilloscope probe 2.5GHz Siglent SAP2500

Active probe for SDS5000X and SDS6000A series oscilloscopes. The probe will provide much improved measurements at high frequencies and reduce loading of the DUT. Please note that this probe is not differential or isolated. The probe shares the same ground as the oscilloscope.
