LS ELECTRIC is a South Korean technology company with approximately 4,400 employees and one of Asia's leading manufacturers of products and systems for industrial automation and smart energy. The company was previously part of LG Group and was known as LG Industrial Systems. After LS Group was spun off from LG in 2003, the company changed its name to LS Industrial Systems and has been known as LS ELECTRIC since 2020. The company manufactures contactors, relays, circuit breakers, variable frequency drives, PLC systems, servo drives, HMI panels, low- and medium-voltage switchgear, as well as solutions for energy storage, smart grids, and industrial automation.
