Smart charger for sealed lead-acid batteries

Smart charger for sealed lead/acid batteries with built-in current limiting. The charger operates in two steps; first a quick charge with constant current, and second a float charging with constant voltage. The onboard LED indicates mode of operation, on = quick charge, off = float charge. Two potentiometer set the charging voltage and the float charge voltage.
