The new RF Signal generators from Siglent are here! SSG5000X covers most applications where pure and reliable signals in the range from 9kHz up to 4/6GHz are required. SSG5000X has industry-leading perfomance in phase noise, spectral purity, bandwidth, EVM and output power at a very attractive price point. Several different modulation sources are available (eg. AM, FM, PM with internal or external source). Built-in profiles for direct playback are available for 5G_NR, LTE, WLAN, WCDMA, GSM and Bluetooth. Just like the other instruments from Siglent, this series can be remote controlled via USB, Ethernet, GPIB or Webserver.
