Product description

OpenClose
Solid state relay with one normally open contact. The relay consists of an optocoupler and two FET transistors. The input is controlled like an optocoupler and closes the circuit within the relay at 0.1mA (max 50mA). The output can drive loads up to 30V 2A and has an on-resistance of less than 0.15ohms.
