AVR wiggler for parallellport

Interface for connecting the AVR-processor for PC-programming. Based on Atmel's parallel port design. Powered from the target board. Connection to target board is a 2x5-pole connector, compatible with STXxxx. The PC-side connector is a 25-pole D-SUB.
