Speakers

Loudspeakers convert electric current to sound. The most common types consist of a coil, a permanent magnet and a cone of paper or plastic. When current runs through the coil, it moves in relation to the, also moving the cone, to which it is attached. The movement of the cone creates pressure waves in the air – sound.
When choosing loudspeakers, take note of impedance, frequency range and power rating.
